Chairperson is requested to be seated on the Next Chairperson Seat in the lecture hall 15 minutes before the session starts.
Session composition is to be controlled by the chairperson. Chairperson is asked to ensure all sessions start and finish punctually as scheduled.

Presenter is requested to be seated on the Next Presenter Seat in the lecture hall 15 minutes before the session starts.
Please visit the PC / Data Checking Desk 30 minutes before your presentation starts.
Specifications of the Computers used at the venue
Microsoft Office Power Point 2007, 2010, 2013
Please save your data on a USB flash memory.
Please name the file in the format “Session name _ Presenter’s name”.
If your presentation is by Macintosh and/or contains video files, you are requested to bring your own laptop.
Please prepare a USB flash memory for backup.
Please also bring along the AC adaptor of the PC.
The only type of connector available at the venue is “Mini D-sub 15pin 3”. Please provide your own connector if your PC do not accept this type of connector.
Please turn off the screen saver and power saving setting in advance.
Please unlock any password required by your computer when it wakes up from sleep mode or is restarted.
Presentation by using Tablet is not allowed.
You will not be able to amend your data on site, please check your data before submit to the PC/Data Checking Desk.
Data handed over to us will be destroyed after the end of your presentation.

Information for Poster Presenter
Poster Hall is located at 1F the lecture hall <Ball Room East>.
There are no special reception procedures for poster presenters. Please display your poster on the assigned board during the poster set-up time.
Best poster will be selected and be awarded during the Social Banquet on October 31.
Each poster presenters will be provided with a 210cm high and 90cm wide boards.
Presenters should prepare a header (70cm x 20cm) indicating the title, name of all authors and their affiliations.
Please include the copy of conflicts of interest at the right bottom of your poster. Please refer to <Disclosure of Conflict of Interest (COI)> for the details.
Poster number and pins will be provided at the poster session area.
